The Wild Collective
Become a member and help fund real, visible restoration work at Leys Farm — hedgerows, wildlife, meadows and water-edge habitat.
What is the Wild Collective?
This isn’t remote “adopt a hectare” or abstract conservation.
The Wild Collective is a simple way to support practical, visible work on a real working farm — and to stay connected to what that support makes possible, season by season.
Membership helps us care for the land properly: restoring hedgerows, supporting wildlife, improving habitats, and farming with nature in mind. In return, we share what’s happening here — honestly, quietly, and without fuss.
If you value places that are looked after carefully, thoughtfully, and for the long term, the Wild Collective is a way to be part of that.
Hedgerows & Field Edges
Restoring hedges that shelter birds, insects and small mammals — and shape the farm through the seasons.
Winter Birds & Wildlife
Supporting feeding areas, cover and quiet corners that help wildlife through the hardest months.
Meadows & Wildflowers
Creating wildflower areas that lift pollinators, colour and balance back into the farmed landscape.
Lakeside & Water Margins
Caring for the edges of water — where plants, insects, birds and mammals all meet — improving habitat and water quality naturally.
What It Means
Being part of the Wild Collective isn’t about rewards or recognition.
It’s about knowing the land is being looked after properly — and staying connected to that work as it unfolds.
Members hear from us through the seasons: what we’re working on, what’s changing, what’s thriving, and what still needs care.
Sometimes that’s words, sometimes photographs, sometimes an invitation to see things for yourself.
It’s a quiet connection to a place being cared for with intention.
How it Works
Membership is offered on an annual basis and directly supports ongoing conservation and habitat work at Leys Farm.
We keep numbers small and communication thoughtful — just like everything else we do here.
Updates are shared at a human pace, shaped by the seasons rather than a schedule.
Details of current membership options are available below.
