Life at Leys Farm
Life at Leys Farm — a working farm in the North Cotswolds,
shaped by nature, wildlife and a slower way of living.
A Quiet Cotswold Retreat, Rooted in the Land
Leys Farm is a working farm in a hidden valley near Swerford, in the North Cotswolds. For decades we’ve cared for this land — restoring hedgerows, creating space for wildlife, and farming with nature in mind.
Over time, we realised that the quietness and simplicity of this place mattered to other people too. So we began, slowly, to open it — sharing a small part of the farm through a cabin, a sauna, and a handful of carefully hosted gatherings.
We created these experiences to offer something increasingly rare: stillness, privacy, open skies, and the feeling of being properly away.
Whether you come to walk, rest, read, or simply breathe, Leys Farm offers a calm, simple escape — done properly.
Come for the peace. Leave feeling restored.

Why We Opened the Farm
Leys Farm has always been a working farm first. Opening it to a small number of guests wasn’t a business decision as much as a gradual realisation — that the quietness, space and simplicity of this place had value beyond ourselves.
By sharing it carefully, we’re able to continue restoring the land, supporting wildlife, and farming in a way that prioritises the long term.
Nothing here is scaled or rushed. Everything is done slowly, and with care — for the land, and for the people who come to experience it.
