Sauna Booking Terms
Leys Farm – Sauna Booking Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1st January 2026
1. Bookings & Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your sauna session.
Once payment is received and we issue a booking confirmation, a binding contract exists between you (Guest) and us (Leys Farm).
Payments must be made by debit/credit card, bank transfer, or as instructed at booking.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your booked session and receive a full refund or transfer to a new date.
If cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours before the session, the full fee is retained (no refund).
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions under exceptional circumstances (e.g. equipment failure, safety concerns, extreme weather). In such cases, you will be offered alternative time slots or a full refund.
3. Acknowledgement of Risks & Fitness to Participate
Sauna use involves exposure to high heat, steam, and cold immersion, with risks such as dizziness, dehydration, burns, or sudden changes in blood pressure.
You should only use the sauna if you are in good health and physically capable. If you have any medical condition (e.g. cardiovascular issues, diabetes, pregnancy, inability to sweat properly), you must consult your GP before booking.
Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair judgment or physical control.
If you feel unwell at any time during the session, you must exit immediately.
4. Rules & Etiquette
No children, pets, smoking, vaping, or alcohol are permitted in or around the sauna.
Do not wear jewellery or metal items inside the sauna.
Sessions should be taken in moderation — we recommend 5–15 minute intervals, not exceeding 20 minutes at a time.
Only pour the provided sauna water onto the hot rocks. Do not add essential oils or any other substances.
Cold plunge or wild swimming (if available) is at your own risk and for competent swimmers only.
You must follow all safety instructions provided. We reserve the right to terminate a session if rules are not followed.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your sauna session.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. travel costs, loss of enjoyment).
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
6. Complaints
If you have any issue during your session, please notify us immediately so we can resolve it.
Complaints after your visit should be sent by email within 14 days of your session.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of England & Wales.
These Sauna Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all direct bookings with Leys Farm.
